How to Use GXBank Express Deposit

Getting Started

Open the moomoo app and navigate to Accounts > Transfers > Deposit > GXBank Express Deposit.

1. Link Your GXBank Account

If your GXBank account is already linked, skip this step.

If not, follow the prompts to link your account.

① Tap Link Account, you will be redirected to the GXBank app.

② Confirm and tap Back to Merchant to complete the account linking process. 

Notes:

I. Use the moomoo app: Initiate and confirm account linking through the moomoo app. This can't be done on a PC, or apps other than moomoo.

II. Correct process: After account linking in the GXBank app, tap Back to Merchant to ensure the account linking process completes successfully. Please avoid going back to the moomoo app by yourself.

III. Install both apps: Ensure both moomoo and GXBank apps are installed and logged into your personal accounts on the same device.

IV. Avoid timeout: Complete the account linking process promptly to avoid timeout.

2. Make a Deposit

Ensure your GXBank account is linked before you deposit.

① Open the moomoo app and navigate to Accounts > Transfers > Deposit > GXBank Express Deposit.

② Enter the amount, and submit. Confirm the transfer in the GXBank app.

③ Funds will be credited to your Moomoo MY universal account shortly after the confirmation.
